We spent the last several days cleaning the pool and the outside to prepare for the church to come use our pool for baptism this past Sunday. It was a very warm afternoon with 85F temperature. But last time when we had baptism here, it was in the fall, and our pool heater was not working! The pastor and baptism candidates had purple lips. This time, I wanted to make sure it was going to be warm. So we turned on the new pool heater in the morning. By 2 pm when they came for baptism, the water was 90F! Nice bath water to be baptised in.

Afterwards Amy and 3 friends swam. I was hoping more people would stay for swimming to make it worthwhile. It was a great time having the church family here. And to see 3 changed lives, the 3 who were baptised, that was the greatest blessing.
