Have you ever had to choose a paint color for your house?

It’s not easy. The paint companies such as Dunn-Edward, Behr, etc. has nicely coordinating pallets for you to choose from.
In the end, the actual appearance is likely to be different from what you imagined.

That is my experience anyhow. I thought I choose a darker color. After the paint was applied, it looked a lot lighter than what I expected. It turned out very similar to what we had before! Here I thought I was making a big change.

What is different is the color of the front door pictured. It used to be red. Do you like this color? It’s part of the pallet from Dunn-Edward that is suppose to match the wall and the trim. At first, I was sure I was going to repaint that door. But now it is growing on me. What do you think?
